Report a Bug or Get Help

The fastest way to get support is through the contact form: go.formsplugin.com/contact When reporting a bug, it helps to include:
  • A description of what you expected to happen
  • A description of what actually happened
  • The steps to reproduce the issue
  • Your Framer version and operating system
  • Your Forms Plugin plan (Basic, Pro, or Scale)

You can also reach the team directly by email: team@formsplugin.com Email is monitored regularly. Commercial (Scale) plan users receive priority support and can expect faster response times.

Priority Support

Commercial (Scale) plan users have access to priority support. When contacting us, mention that you are on the Scale plan so we can route your request accordingly. To upgrade to the Scale plan, see Plans & Pricing.
