Advanced Fields

Advanced fields unlock richer, more interactive data collection for your forms. They are available on the Personal (Pro) plan and the Commercial (Scale) plan.
Plan Required — Advanced fields require a Personal (Pro) or Commercial (Scale) subscription. Free plan users will see an upgrade prompt when attempting to add these fields.View Plans & Pricing

Available Advanced Fields

File UploadAllow users to attach and upload files (PDFs, documents, etc.)
Phone NumberA phone number input, optionally with country code selector
CountryA searchable country selector dropdown
Image UploadA specialized upload field scoped to image files
Range SliderA slider input for selecting a value within a defined range
Color PickerA color selection input for choosing a specific color value
Button OptionA set of styled buttons allowing users to select one or more options
RatingA star-based rating input (e.g., 1–5 stars)
Promoter ScoreA 0–10 scale for measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction
E-SignatureA signature pad for capturing handwritten digital signatures
Voice RecordingA built-in recorder for capturing voice input directly in the form
Audio UploadAn upload field scoped to audio files (MP3, WAV, etc.)
Video UploadAn upload field scoped to video files (MP4, MOV, etc.)

Using Advanced Fields

To add an advanced field:
  1. Open Forms Plugin and navigate to Fields
  2. Select the Advanced tab
  3. Click any field to add it to your selected form
If your account is on the free Basic plan, a prompt will appear offering you the option to upgrade.

Common Use Cases

File, Image, Audio, and Video Uploads

Use these when you need to collect supporting documents, resumes, screenshots, media, or multimedia content from your users. Note that file storage and limits may apply depending on your plan.

Phone Number and Country Selector

Perfect for international contact forms, shipping address forms, or any situation where you need to collect a user’s phone number or region.

Range Slider and Color Picker

Great for budget inputs (“How much are you looking to spend?”), quantity selectors, preference scales, or letting users choose a color for customization.

Rating and Promoter Score

Use the Rating field for product or service reviews. Use the Promoter Score field to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty — a standard 0–10 scale that maps directly to Net Promoter Score methodology.

Button Option

A visually engaging alternative to radio buttons or checkboxes. Best for survey-style questions or selecting from a set of styled options.

E-Signature

Capture legally binding digital signatures directly within your form — ideal for contracts, agreements, and consent forms.

Voice Recording

Allow users to submit voice messages or spoken responses, perfect for feedback forms, accessibility, or creative applications.

Upgrading to Access Advanced Fields
