Integrations Overview

Forms Plugin integrations let you send form submission data directly to the tools your business already relies on. When someone submits a form on your Framer site, their data flows automatically to your chosen platform — no manual exports, no copy-pasting.
New Feature — Integrations are a newer addition to Forms Plugin and are actively being expanded. More integrations are on the way.

Why Use Integrations?

Without an integration, form submissions are stored within Forms Plugin. Integrations let you:
  • Automatically add leads to your CRM — no manual data entry
  • Subscribe new contacts to your email list — grow your marketing audience in real time
  • Route support tickets to your helpdesk — submissions go exactly where your team works
  • Trigger automated workflows — connect to platforms that fire automations on new contact creation

How Integrations Appear in the Plugin

On the home screen, the Integrations section is marked as New. Clicking it opens the integrations list where you can:
  • Browse available integrations by name and icon
  • Click into any integration to view its setup instructions
  • Authenticate and configure field mappings

Field Mapping

Each integration supports field mapping — you link your form fields to the corresponding fields in the destination platform. For example, you map your form’s “Email” field to the email contact property in HubSpot, and the “Name” field to the first name property. This happens inside the integration’s detail page within Forms Plugin.
